John Dryden
John Dryden has been the Head of the Information, Computer and Communications Policy Division of the OECD Directorate for Science, Technology and Industry since January 1993. He joined the Directorate in 1987, and has held a number of other senior positions, including Head of the Science, Technology and Communications Policy Division, Head of the Economic Analysis and Statistics Division, and Head of the Scientific, Technological and Industrial Indicators Division. Between 1980 and 1987, Mr. Dryden worked in the Economics and Statistics Department of the OECD.
Before joining the OECD, he worked in the Cabinet Office of the U.K. government. A United Kingdom citizen, Mr. Dryden was educated at Oxford University and the University of Wales.
